Neon Ireland was founded in 2026 by Mareike Bartel registered OT & Rachel Connolly, teacher

Neon Ireland is a new grassroots charity based in Co.Wexford being opened by Two local mothers, Rachel Connolly, a parent from Gorey Educate together NS and early years teacher and Mareike Bartel, a licensed occupational therapist both with 20 years experience in their field.

Neon offers school places and occupational therapy for children with additional needs who can’t obtain an appropriate school place or struggle with the mainstream school system.
